Chuck Harm is an eloquent speaker and very convincing.[1] They crumbles in the face of authority, and does whatever they say.[2]
Background[]
Charles doesn't want children or a family. They always wanted a pack of dogs, but their job never gave them the time to own any. They dream of taking their dogs out for walks in the hills.[3]
